When to use someone's first name when you are talking to them (Lessons in Finnish conversation culture)

The answer to this question is quite clear: Only when there's more than two people in the situation and you want to get the person's attention. 

If you say a person's name too much, you sound like a telemarketer, an overenthusiastic LinkedIn user,  or it sounds like the other person has done something wrong.
