Aurinko
This winter (2012-2013) has been exceptionally grey in Finland, and the sunlessness record (auringottomuusennätys) was actually made here in Jyväskylä: 18 hours of sunlight during 2,5 months! Naturally, people are quite excited about the sun, aurinko, when we can finally see it.

For those who read this and like their giant words broken up:
aurinko - sun
auringoton - sunless
auringottomuus - sunlessness
auringottomuusennätys -sunlessness record
(Hope I did that right or I'll be making an ass of myself)
Oikein meni! :) Kiitos!
