How to spend and enjoy time in Finnish? How about celebrating something or staying somewhere? This verbs might come in handy:
Viettää
- Kuinka aiot viettää juhannusta? - How are you going to celebrate /spend the Midsummer?
- Missä aiot viettää joulun? - Where will you spend Christmas?
Juhlia
- Kuinka aiot juhlia voittoasi? - How will you celebrate your victory?
Viipyä
- Kuinka kauan aiot viipyä Tukholmassa? - For how long will you stay in Stockholm? (Actually, this sounds really formal. I think I would just ask Kuinka kauan aiot olla Tukholmassa? If you are wondering about staying somewhere, check out my post about jäädä.)
Viihtyä

Nauttia
