Finnish words beginning with 'hyvä'

1. hyvä - good
2. hyväillä - to caress
3. hyväksikäyttää - to abuse, to take advange
4. hyväksyntä - an approval
5. hyväksyttää - to ask for an approval
6. hyväksyä - to approve
7. hyvännäköinen - good-looking
8. hyvänpäiväntuttu - an acquintance (A person to whom you say Hyvää päivää but nothing more.)
9. hyväntekeväisyys - charity
10. hyvästellä - to say farewell

I have personal problems with the verbs hyväksyttää. I use it a lot when I talk about my job as a book simplifyer and how I always ask for the original author's approval of my text.  I should just say Hyväksytän käsikirjoituksen alkuperäisellä kirjailijalla, but instead, I tend to add an extra ty and splutter something like hyväksytytän, which is technically also correct (to make someone else get an approval), but not really used. Someday I'll learn.
