Tarpeeksi and riittävästi both mean enough. Here's something more about the words: 

Tarpeeksi

• tarvita - to need something
• tarve - a need
• tarpeeksi - for one's need = enough
• Onko sinulla tarpeeksi sukkia? - Do you have enough socks?

Riittävästi

• riittää - to be enough
• riittävä - adequate
• riittävästi - adequately
• Liikutko riittävästi? - Do you exercise enough? (liikkua = to move)
• Onko sinulla riittävästi lämpimiä vaatteita mukana? - Do you have enoigh warm clothes with you?
• Kiitos, tämä riittää. - Thank you. this is enough.
• Mikään ei koskaan riitä sinulle! - Nothing is ever enough for you!
